Gründau-Niedergründau erreichen Sie über den AB-Anschluss Gründau-Rothenbergen (an der A66) innerhalb einer Minute. Auch die Landstraße nach Langenselbold ist in w e n i g e r als einer Minute zu erreichen. Die Studios und Apartements eignen sich hervorragend als Monteurzimmer, Monteurwohnung oder Messewohnung. Bäckerei, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
