From the lane, the cottage is accessed through a white picket fence into the welcoming cottage garden. A path leads you around the house to the entrance hall. From the entrance hall is a superb and characterful kitchen diner with views through the sunroom into the garden. The sun room is the perfect place to relax, read a book or have a glass of wine with comfy Lloyd loom wicker chairs and French doors leading out to the garden and outdoor seating area. A large yet cosy living room is accessed from the kitchen, with woodburning stove, beams and a piano, perfect for atmospheric evenings in. A utility room with playful seaside mural, washer/dryer and compact freezer. The ground floor shower room is perfect for hopping straight in from long days at the beach. Outside school holidays the cottage is available for 3 night minimum stays for your perfect seaside escape.
