Note: We only own the house and part of backyard. We do not own the lake, the land around the lake, or the shop behind the house. Fishing and recreation are not allowed on the lake at this time.

The Maplemere is closely located to several destinations in Martin. The University of Tennessee at Martin, the Ag-Pavilion, downtown shops and the hospital are minutes away. Only 15 minutes to The Discovery Park of America. The home boasts three bedrooms, including 2 sets of bunk twin beds, a full bedroom, and a queen master suite. Large dining area and cozy living room is a home away from home. Convenient key-pad entry. The Maplemere is perfect for a quick trip or for a longer work stay.

Cottage A at Dry Hollow Farm

Local Amish builders constructed this cabin at Dry Hollow Farm in 2021. On 63 acres of woods and pasture we raise Nigerian Dwarf and Alpine goats for milk from which we craft artisan goat milk soap of many varieties. We also raise luffa gourds and organically-grown herbs. We are located five miles outside of Huntingdon, Tennessee, and offer opportunities to interact with our farm animals and shop in our on-farm Soap Shop. We offer a peaceful rural setting with plenty of space to roam.

Pops Cabin

Conveniently located approx 5 miles west of Paris. Pops Cabin, is located on our small 16 acre (work in progress) hobby farm of goats, chickens, 2 farm friendly dogs and occasionally a cat or 2 can be observed. :) You get the cabin all to yourself and It comes with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, full kitchen, a front porch to sit down and relax. Yard space available for children to play in. We are a working farm, pets are allowed under certain conditions, along with a pet fee.

It has amazing views and is in walking distance to The Dixie Performing Art's Theatre, Court Theatre, restaurants, coffee shop, gift shops, and more.

This little cottage is in a lovely historical area that is set on a dead-end street. History is abundant here. The cottage expresses the calmness and friendliness of the area. The cottage was built in the 50's and is sound and decorated in antiques of a French style. There are two patios to relax on in total privacy.
