We are located on US-321, which leads directly into downtown Gatlinburg (20 min). The Maddron Bald National Park trail is 1 minute away . Dogs MUST BE on the reservation when booking. Dollywood is 35-40 mins away. There is an outdoor shared community area with Charcoal Grill, Picnic Table, Water Fall Feature, Fire Pit, and Large Game Room (In detached building)

This apartment is build in a basement. It has its own door, private bathroom, living room , big L couch, TV-tray set, TV, Roku with Netflix, cabinet with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and a sink. The bedroom has one King bed, a queen size inflatable bed that can be set-up for extra guests, a sofa, ceiling fan, closet, night stands, portable radian heather, portable fan, and a dresser. Parking for two or more vehicles. Only two adults live in the main floor of the house.
