Our Tiny home sits right on Center Hill Lake at Mine Lick Creek. You can hike, ski, kayak or launch your boat from directly behind the house! Cookeville Boatdock is a short drive away, or a 10 min boat ride will take you to Hurricane Marina…both full service marinas! We are 25 min from I-40 at Baxter exit 280, and Cookeville exit 286. Hike or Kayak up to waterfalls at Burgess Falls, Window Cliff, or any one of the area’s many State Parks! So come out & enjoy a great time with us here on CHL.

At the cabin, you can listen to the sounds of nature as you take in the scenic valley views of Big Bottom and the mountain views of Scott’s Gulf State Park.

Walk to the observation bench at the top of the biggest 50 ft waterfall. Follow the trail behind the falls. Sunflower shores is a true log cabin, in a small neighborhood built on the shores of a clean quiet lake in Middle Tennessee. Relax, unwind, have coffee or cocktails on the deck. Swim, fish, take out the canoe or kayak, birdwatch, hike in nearby Savage Gulf or Fall Creek Falls. Go to Chattanooga, take in the sights and come back for an evening by the outdoor fire ring, or inside fireplace. Pick apples at the local orchard or buy Amish goods from the local farms. Welcome to Sunrise Mt. Cabin is located on top of the Cumberland Plateau with a great view of the valley check out our 2 other cabins Patriot's Retreat & Sunrise Mtn Treeshouse. The cabin has approximately 1400 square feet and is fully furnished with full kitchen and more. Hiking trails and fishing pond only a short walk away. Several major state parks with hikes within a few miles of the cabin. The cabin has fiber optic WiFi which is not shared. Pet cats not allowed; we are allergic.

My cabin is secluded, in a rural area. It is 768 square feet & is one open room with a bathroom. It is divided into kitchen, living & bedroom areas. The back deck looks out over the wooded area. The cabin has Dish TV service and satellite WiFi service. The cabin is close to center hill lake with its many swimming options. We love this cabin and hope that you love it as much as we do.
