The Old National School is a Grade II listed house, nestled in the beautiful hamlet of Sampford Spiney, located within Dartmoor National Park. Dating from 1585, the house sits in an idyllic spot between the Church and picturesque Sampford Manor. Originally the Church hall, it became the parish school in 1887 until 1923. It was only in the 1960’s that it became a residential dwelling. With its varied history, the house is quirky, with its lovely spacious rooms hinting at its eclectic history.

The Annex is to the side of the main property but completely private. The property is situated a short walk from the 'South West Coast Path' near the beautiful Bay of Wembury and the Great Mewstone. The Mews is the perfect romantic cottage for 2 - complete with a wood fired hot tub in your private garden and a roll top antique bath in the bedroom! It is situated on our coastal organic dairy farm on the South Devon coast. French doors open out onto the patio from the bedroom, giving you an area of total privacy (apart from the odd cow peering over the fence perhaps) from which to soak up the serenity of the surrounding countryside and to enjoy a soak in the gorgeous wooden hot tub.
