Our apartment is good for couples and solo travellers. Attached to our house, this is a small but very comfortable and modern space, with private entrance and patio garden. We are situated in a village within the Tamar Valley which is on the border between Devon and Cornwall - close to both moorlands and coast. You have easy access to all areas of the Southwest, particularly the parks of Dartmoor and Bodmin, Plymouth and the town of Tavistock. It is a great area to explore or just to relax!

Cosy Hares lodge in the Tamar Valley

Hares Lodge is situated at the bottom of our farm road, giving uninterrupted views down the Tamar Valley and the river Tamar and on to Plymouth Sound. We are near the historic town of Tavistock, national trust house Cotehele, and of course Dartmoor National park which can be seen from the Lodge. We are five minutes away, by car, from the village train station which takes you into the historic maritime town of Plymouth. The Eden project is 1.5 hours away, and the beaches 30 minutes away.

12 St. Anns Cottage

Honicombe holiday village is a gem in the lovely Cornish countryside situated in a stunning landscaped valley. It's a great base for visiting may places including Tavistock, Cotehele, Looe and Polpero. Only an hour from Bude and Newquay. The train station in Gunnislake which is only a 10 minute drive away takes you on a picturesque journey to Plymouth. The Barbican and Hoe are a must to visit. The Royal William Yard with the ferry across to Cremyl is also worth a visit.

Our mobile home is set on our smallholding which sits in the Tamar Valley it is an area of outstanding natural beauty. There are lovely walks and amazing views. There is also a lovely village pub The White hart which also serves good food. We are half an hour away from Plymouth ideal for shopping and many attractions Tavistock is a beautiful old market town only 15 minutes drive The Tamar Trails centre has lots of out door fun things to-do as well as lovely walks
