It has air conditioning, Wifi, BBQ and a bonfire pit to enjoy the beautiful summer evenings with a screened in porch. We are 5 minutes away from Mill River golf course, spa, pool, and tennis courts. We are conveniently within a 2 minute drive to grocery store, gas station, restaurants, mall, walking trails and parks.

Beautiful waterfront cottage located on Mill River. The property sleeps up to 8 people with 2 bedrooms containing 3 queen beds and a bunkie with 2 bunk beds.
