Amenities include a gym, basketball, tennis, splash pad, arcade, and playground. Dollar Tree, Walmart, Enterprise Car Rental next door. Walk to restaurants and 2 beaches.

Sandy Feet Retreat

Fully furnished private 1 BR house, central heat and air, all utilities provided including Wi-Fi. Washer and dryer, 2 TVs in bedroom and living room, with sleeper sofa. 10 min from the beach, and everything you need close by, in a quiet neighborhood. The house has a code lock that is changed with each renter so you do not need a key! You will have the code to it along with the Wi-Fi password before you arrive. You have full run of the place. We are located next to the bay and our cozy little town of St Andrews Bay, where locals walk along the pier, shop and window shop in our little town, a peaceful experience after coming back from the busy Gulf side. There is a park to walk your dogs or take the kids. Just a short drive to the Beaches and excitement. Our cottage is a 700 sq ft open plan with a king bed, described as the best sleeping mattress. Hosts are close by to help.
