Originally this part of the farmhouse was the family living area and still features beautiful authentic Portuguese tile floors, renovated wooden shutters and ceiling ornament in the hallway. Now it is an attractive, comfortable holiday home with private terrace, adjacent to a large communal mediterranean garden with pool, 4km to fishing village Fuseta, beach and lagoons of Ria Formosa.

Monte do Cansado is a small country house with a magnificent view over the hills of Tavira. With 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, a huge open-space kitchen and a large sunny terrace it is ideal for beach or hiking holidays in the eastern Algarve. It's central heating in every room makes Monte do Cansado a cozy retreat after long hikes or bike tours on cooler winter days. The big swimming pool with a magnificent view of the valley is shared with the guests of Casa do Pátio and the owners.

This lovely renovated old Quinta is divided into 4 apartments, all with a fully furnished kitchen, airconditioning, private terrace, use of the large (shared) swimming pool 50m2. All the apartments have under floor heating! The apartment on the pictures is Casa Estábulo, a nice and comfortable apartment with a big private terrace. Renting a car is necessary because the nearest village is 5 km away. Only 10 km form the nearest beach in Fuseta and 2 minutes drive to the highway.
