This lovely light and cosy detached cottage is our primary home, rented out whilst we are travelling. The cottage is in a tucked away spot, yet only 2 minutes walk to the centre of this small, friendly town - 2 pubs, a convenience store, café/Deli, Indian restaurant, bakers, post office and more! perfectly positioned for exploring Dartmoor, Exmoor and the beautiful beaches or enjoying the many local walks. At night, the stars are amazing! The walled, south facing garden is a haven for wildlife.

Springfield Cottage - Cosy Medieval Hall House

Springfield Cottage is a few steps away from the centre of Chagford, a unique and historic town on Dartmoor. One of oldest properties in the town, it is a warm and welcoming house full of period features dating back to medieval times, including a large inglenook fireplace. A small frontage with lots behind! It has all modern comforts including a fully equipped kitchen and a separate wet-room style shower room with under-floor heating. Off-road parking (better suited to small to mid sized cars).

Chapel Corner forms half of a converted Wesleyan Chapel built in 1864. It is centred in the beautiful, ancient village of Winkleigh which is the heart of Devon, equidistant from both coasts and moors and allows guests to explore this fantastic area. The Chapel is foremost a home; comfortable and quirky. There is a spacious kitchen with with a stunning staircase, a large sitting and dining room with cosy woodburner, two beautiful bedrooms, a modern shower room and bathroom. Parking for 1 car.

Dolphins is a luxury 3 bedroomed holiday home - a place to relax in total comfort within walking distance to the Beach. With all the modern amenities you could wish for at a breathtaking location at Widemouth Bay, North Cornwall Available May-September only. Sorry no dogs. Guests can also book their own exclusive 45 min swimming session in our heated indoor swimming pool at my family's holiday complex 2.5 miles away, aswell as use the Tennis Court, Play Park and visit our animals.

The fully equipped kitchen includes Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, integrated microwave, full size oven and washing machine. Outside is a large decked area with stunning views, BBQ and seating.

The Annex

Welcome to our charming annex in Inwardleigh, near Okehampton and Dartmoor. Our one-bedroom retreat offers a peaceful getaway or a base to explore Devon. The open-plan layout includes a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and a snug living room with a woodburner. Upstairs, a cozy bedroom and ensuite shower await. The annex, next to the hosts' home, provides flexible arrival with a lock box and access key. Your perfect escape awaits in this idyllic village setting.

Seaview's & Walking Distance to the Beach

A three bedroom apartment in the centre of Woolacombe just a short walk away from the beach. The property is spread across split floors with an open plan living area with patio doors leading onto decking looking out to the sea. One master bedroom with Ensuite, then one twin room, the third bedroom can either be a super king or two singles. The property contains everything you'd need for a lovely break away in North Devon.

Welcome to our airy, well appointed, private, one-bedroom, single-level annex in beautiful South Devon on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park. Suitable for max. 2 adults (especially walkers or cyclists), ideally positioned for access to the delights of the Moor and woodlands on our doorstep, the coast (10 miles away) and Exeter (15 miles) and Plymouth (25 miles). En-suite shower-room and fully equipped kitchen.

The Little Art House

The Little Art House is situated in the picturesque old part of Moretonhampstead on Dartmoor. This compact 17 square metre space has, within its own private entrance, a small, fully equipped kitchen/dining room, a little bedroom with double bed (135cm x190cm) and an en-suite shower room. We also offer free car parking, secure cycle parking and Wi-Fi. There are three separate steps leading up to the property.
