No launching on site or tying up at the dock. - Enjoy a private dock on Lake Chickamauga with a private-entry, attached, studio apartment/efficiency featuring its own kitchenette and bathroom, with dedicated driveway for truck & boat trailer. Tuft & Needle mattresses. Perfect for the fishing fanatic OR those who enjoy water OR a romantic getaway. Lake Chic is seasonal;boats can use the dock early May - October.

We will do our very best to make your stay as enjoyable as we can and will provide contact information for cleaning or linen service at check in. There is plenty of room for a boat under the adjacent carport. Outdoor electrical is also available.
