Our treehouse is located in Boulder Trail, which is on over 100 acres of private land. It also includes a common area with a covered shelter, with an outdoor Fireplace that’s a short walk away. We are located 5 minutes from Summersville Lake and 15 minutes from New River Gorge National Park!

Located near Summersville Lake, the Gauley River, Summersville Sate Park, New River Gorge National Park and Preserve and Fayetteville, my house sits on 16 acres to relax and get away from it all. My goal is to make the house comfortable but still have all you need to feel at home and hang out with your friends and family. I have owned this place for 17 years and have been wanting to share this place with others to experience this great place.

The chalet is conveniently located one mile from Summersville Lake (Battle Run Recreation Area), 22-miles from the New River Gorge National Park, and four miles from the Upper Gauley River rafting and kayaking put-in.

Private cozy mountain top cabin minutes to the Summersville Lake , the marina, and Battle Run for swimming or boating. 3 miles to the new Summersville Lake State Park and 18 miles to the New River Gorge National Park and Bridge. Plenty of trails and restaurants to check out. This is residential area with children I expect you to drive like YOUR kids play here. HOME DOES NOT ALLOW PETS
