Cottage measures 12' x 24' (total of 288sq. feet). Very relaxed environment. Flat rate of $50.00. UPDATE: Deck is now enclosed with old window panes. Super cozy. Welcome to our home!!! We are a half-mile from great skiing at Beech Mountain Resort which also has snow tubing, snowboarding, downhill and cross country skiing, and ice skating. And that's just winter activities!!! In the summer there are countless hiking trails, fishing, nearby tourist attractions and almost any activity you can think of! A fire pit has been finished and there is kindling and wood available at no cost. There is a separate freezer in the storage room that guests may use.

The current pricing is for the almost 800 sq/ft. apartment only. Most of our quest can not believe how big it is. They always say it is bigger than the pictures show it to be. There is a full kitchen with everything needed for cooking and full size washer and dryer. Also a queen bed, and a twin sofa sleeper in the bedroom, and a a queen sofa sleeper in the living room/kitchen area. A level and paved parking area. A very quiet place away from town but only 1/2 mile to Hwy 421. Thank you

Bears can sometimes be seen crossing the road or strolling thru the fields Damascus and Mountain City are only minutes away! Our place offers a big yard to enjoy along with a fire pit with firewood furnished. Cornhole and board games are also available. A nice sitting area on the covered back porch to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet.
