Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz für zwei Familien und Ihr habt es ganz für Euch allein. Es liegt direkt an einem Kanal, der zwei Seen verbindet und verfügt über zwei Terrassen, eine davon direkt am Wasser. Faßsauna und Whirlpool sind zur Alleinnutzung im Garten vorhanden. Wir nutzen das Haus selbst noch häufig, weshalb es über eine voll ausgestattete Küche verfügt. Freut Euch auf zwei Bäder, zwei Elternschlafzimmer, zwei Jugendschlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich und Lounge für Kinoabende.

Das freistehende Ferienhaus (ca. 70 qm) mit 3 Zimmern, Küche, Bad einer großen Terasse und eigenem Garten befindet sich in idyllischer, ruhiger Waldrandlage in Schulzendorf und ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen nach Berlin und Brandenburg (z.B. Potsdam, Tropical Island, Spreewald). Im Sommer laden die Badewiese am Zeuthener See und das Freibad am Miersdorfer See zum Baden ein. Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in den Ortszentren Schulzendorf, Eichwalde und Zeuthen.

Das liebevoll eingerichtete Haus hat einen wunderschönen Blick in den Wald, eine große Wohnküche, Kamin und Fußbodenheizung. Im Dorf liegen 3 Seen mit Naturbadestellen und Freibad. Wandern im Naturpark, Fahrrad fahren, in der Hängematte lesen, grillen, entspannen, zusammen Kochen, am Lagerfeuer sitzen oder in aller Ruhe arbeiten - all das ist hier möglich.

With love and care, I have created a little cottage specifically for these moments : a getaway where you can switch off, find your inner calm, and reconnect with yourself. "Alma" is nestled in the heart of the Schlaubetal valley by a lake. There are bike paths and walks, swimming lakes and charming Brandenburg villages., You will wake up to the sound of birds and wind in the trees. For the winter months there is a fireplace to get cozy.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants u. ein herrliches Strandbad im Schermützelsee. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der geräumigen, stilvoll eingerichteten Wohnung in einem wunderschönen alten Haus.

This is a 300 year old picturesque house in the countryside with ca. 250m2. Ideal for larger groups with up to 13 people, who can cook and eat together or play pool billard in the large living room which used to be a restaurant in former times. Located close to the famous Spreewald, you can go hiking, paddeling or do bike tours. The house has 3 ancient fireplaces and no central heating, but we provide electric fans. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. 5 toilets, 2 showers.
