My great-grandmother's house has been completely remodeled and renovated to include amenities such as a tankless water heater, a heated bathroom floor, and 3 separate mini split units strategically placed so each guest can control their ideal sleeping temperature. It is conveniently located near the Robert Trent Jones golf course and Colbert Alloys Park boat ramp. I remodeled this house as though I was going to be the one living in it, so I know you'll love it.

Closest boat launch site is Pride Landing, about 5 miles west of house. Double driveway offers plenty of parking space.
