Custom built home on Hess Lake with incredible sunset views and lots of amenities! Property provides: -Kayaks -Standup paddle boards -Magic carpet for kids -Grill with natural gas -Hot tub with view of the lake (Operation Hours between 7 am and 11 pm) -Steam shower -Sand box -Electronic dart board -Pool table -Fire pit -Gas fireplace -Boathouse with party area *Pontoon boat available to rent for $350/day OR $750 for 3 days. Weekly option available also. Fuel cost not included.

Jack Jr.-a little place in the woods

Jack Jr is tucked away at the edge of the woods up on the hill of the historical city of Newaygo. This space was created to be a getaway from all the hustle bustle with a .5 mile trek (walk/bike/drive) into the town of Newaygo or its many surrounding adventures. Bike or hike the Dragon Trail, visit the Newaygo Brewery or Market 41, fish the Muskegon River or any of the multiple surrounding bodies of water we have. Float the river in the summer or hit the snowmobile trails in the winter.

Croton Hardy Cottage-w/hot tub

Relax at this serene & peaceful lake front cottage. Enjoy your time on the water & relax in the hot tub while soaking up the beautiful sunset. This cottage has a lot to offer whether you enjoy fishing/hiking/kayaking/boating/mountain biking. 2 kayaks included/dock access. Nestled on the banks of the Croton Dam Pond this is a great place to get away and create awesome memories with friends & family. Within 5 miles of the Croton Dam, Hardy Dam, Newaygo State Park, and the Dragon Trailhead.

Lakefront Cottage w/Pontoon, Dock & Paddle Boat

Nestled in a cove on the largest lake in Kent county, this renovated waterfront cottage has scenic views and 66' of private shoreline on Lake Wabasis. Swan cottage comes w/18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock (May-October, weather permitting). There is a front deck, side patio, bonfire pit & gas grill. The cottage is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced. But we supply a spiral ground stake w/cable. And a one-time pet fee is included in the total cost when booking.
