Maison Roannay is gelegen aan Le Roannay, een zijriviertje van de Amblève. De villa is met veel respect voor de omgeving gebouwd en biedt een heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen. 5 slaapkamers en 4 badkamers zorgen voor het nodige comfort. De living met open keuken, openhaard en grote zithoek is een sfeervolle plek om te vertoeven. In de goed uitgeruste keuken kan je van elke maaltijd een feest maken. This is the ideal place for a family gathering, or for groups of colleagues or yoga practicioners. While the kids play on the inhouse playground, the parents can cook or sit around the fire place. Our house is located in Malmedy, close to Spa-Francorchamps and the "plateau des hautes fagnes", in a very quiet residential area with access to the ravel and walking paths less than 100 m. The house include : 4 sleeping rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dinning room, a living room, a games room with pool table. In addition, our swimming pool (EXCLUSIVELY from May to September) and sauna can be used by our guests. We will be happy to share the love of our region and our traditions.
