Wir "ZurMelberi" wohnen im Erholungsgebiet "Fränkischen Seenland". Wer es gerne ruhig hat und dennoch schnell die Seenlandschaft erreichen möchte, ist bei uns genau richtig. Unser Dorf gehört zur 7 km entfernten Stadt Spalt. Die klimatisierte DG-Ferienwohnung im Studiodesign ist mit zwei Doppelbetten für max. 4 Personen ab 18 Jahre geeignet. Es führen von uns direkte Wander- (u.a. Jakobsweg) und Radwege ab. Mitbenutzung des Pools ist jederzeit möglich. Eine eigene Terrasse steht zur Verfügung.

Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Rand der Altstadt und somit ist alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Lediglich ein paar Treppen und Höhenmeter müssen überwunden werden (Typisch Hall).
