Hillside is a one bedroom detached annexe, designed specifically for guests comfort in mind. Off road private parking is directly outside.

Fox Cottage is a little gem in South Devon. Beautifully refurbished, the 18th century thatched building is ideal for a relaxing break or for a longer stay. The Farm has rare-breed sheep, goats and chickens as well as heritage cider orchards and a 17th Century Cider House. From time-to-time produce can be bought during your stay. Tucketts is a peaceful regenerative farm and a wildlife haven. It's just a short walk over fields or through woodland to the Farm's shingle beach on the Teign estuary.

The Annexe is a self-contained and spacious double room with en-suite wet room. Located in Paignton, approximately 5 minute drive from the harbour, seafront and town centre. With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. The accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room, free parking is on the street. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries. A luxurious, rustic haven away from it all. The luxury bits: French linen bedding, robes, soft towels & toiletries, woodburner, a good book, no street lights..You might just sleep better than you have in years. The rustic bits: There's hot water & a large sink in the bathroom- & kitchen- & a hot outdoor shower at the back of the cabin running off gas & hose, which according to the reviews, is rather a favourite! In the winter the cabin is heated by the woodburner, or a portable gas fire.

The Annex at Waterfield House in South Devon

The Annex at Waterfield House is a beautiful, light, spacious get away. The bedroom has bifold doors opening to a balcony with views over the Rive Teign estuary down to Shaldon and Teignmouth. The en-suite has a shower and separate bath and there is even a dressing room. Downstairs the entrance opens into the atrium, again with bifold doors opening onto the decking and garden, a lovely spot to enjoy the pastries for breakfast. Loungers are supplied for those lazy moments. Ample parking.

The room has its own private entrance, it is completely self contained and comprises of an entry room and an en suite bedroom. We are in the beautiful medieval "river and market" town of Totnes, home to many independent shops and eateries, close to beaches, Dartmoor and many walking and hiking trails. Our house is on a hill overlooking the town, with gorgeous views, and the high street is a 10/15 minute walk away.
