The cottage offers a kitchen, queen size bed, TV, DVD player, and washer/ dryer. *Currently working on getting wifi in the cabin and there are not any actual peacocks on the farm.

The LOFT built by the Amish of Nashville, is 1200 sq. ft of open living space w/the same STUNNING views the original White House has. Only 4 miles from Historic Sweetwater, a true Hallmark Town, you can antique, have the best ice-cream, visit the infamous LOST SEA, & walk to restaurants. Whatever your reason for visiting, Sweetwater will become a fast favorite for sure!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. Spend some quality time at this amazing log cabin with a stunning view of pure nature. This place is the perfect starting point for outdoor activities like visiting the Dairy Farm, the Lost Sea, hiking the Trail of Tears or biking the Unicoi TurnpikeTrail. You will find several antique stores in Athens, Sweetwater or Madisonville. If you drive an electric car there is a 50 A outlet to charge your car right at the back of the house.

The cottage at Acqua Dolce is an adorable studio located just behind our 1827 home in the historic district of Sweetwater. Our 3 acre property is wooded with many magnificent trees and a small creek making it a park-like setting while being in town. Great for visitors of all types with easy access to shopping, hiking, white water rafting, fishing and much more. We are near many destinations including, The Smokey Mountains, Tail of the Dragon, The Lost Sea and numerous wineries .
