The cabin has 2 downstairs bedrooms one with a king bed and the other a queen. Upstairs in the loft is a full and two twin beds. Our property offers shoreline access to the lake for swimming and kayak launching. We are prohibited from allowing guests usage of the dock but you may use the dock path for kayak launching. Simply Sailing-A Cottage In The Trees

Simply Sailing is a quaint one bedroom, one bath cottage that sleeps four, located at Barren River Lake. The home has everything you need for your stay. Basic cooking utensils, a charcoal grill, TV with DVD player with movies and board games are there for the perfect family vacation. We have recently added a smart TV to the bedroom. We do welcome "small" family pets ($75 non-refundable fee) "Free Wi-Fi" We also have a cabin next door that sleeps 4 for larger groups called, Fishy Business.

Rent a dock or boat (seasonally) at Moutedier Marina. Nolin State Park is close. Fishing & hiking in the area. Early mornings & dusk are best times to see our resident deer. Fire-pit in front yard, firewood available. Mammoth Cave & Dinosaur World about 30 miles away. 30 miles to Glendale. About 20 minutes to Leitchfield.

Divided on three levels are 4 spacious bedrooms, 2.5 baths, open concept kitchen and living, 2 living areas, and 3 decks to enjoy! There are two sets of stairs inside the home and steps outside the home. Please keep this in mind when booking! Rough River Lake is a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers waterway. The water level fluctuates with the season.
