Cheerful 3 bedroom cottage on the Allegheny River

We built the summer cottage in 2006, for a summer home stayed on. We lived in the cottage 8 years when we wanted a bigger house. We love it year around. We are isolated with 3 neighbors (not close) and the river at our front door. Good boating, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, fishing, swimming , hiking, bird watching (with a eagle nest across the river). December through February, it is best if you come with 4 wheel drive. Having said that , we keep the road plowed and the hill sanded.

The Titusville Mill

The Titusville Mill is a historic feed mill converted into a restaurant/event venue. Your space will be the beautiful second and third floors, often used for a bridal/groom suite for our seasonal weddings. This is a true gem in the community of Titusville. The OC&T, Drake's Well, The Iron Work Tapp-house, and the Ida Tarbell house are must-see local landmarks near us. Our full-service restaurant is open Tuesday - Thursday, 10 A- 8PMSaturday, 10 AM - 9PM and Sunday for brunch from 10AM-2PM.

"Bearly Affordable", located along the Allegheny River nestled in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. The cottage offers private river frontage for canoeing, kayaking, swimming, and fishing. Cottage sleeps 6 and has most of the amenities of home including air conditioning, forced air heat, wood stove, well and septic. Welcome to our Creekside Cottage! I have called this place home for most of my life, playing in the back yard, waving at the steady stream of kayakers or going creeking and exploring the islands. Nowadays, I still adventure out with my kids but you'll also find me kicking back and enjoying the sights from the big picture window or out on the back deck watching the sunset.
