Down island woodsy retreat.

A peaceful retreat in the woods, centrally located down island near miles of hiking and biking trails and the Alpaca Farm. This large sunny BASEMENT apartment features a full walkout private patio and private entrance. The upstairs floors of the property are rented seperately in August, but I (homeowner) live there year round. We are 1.5 miles from the Performing Arts Center and a 10-12 minute drive to all 3 down Island towns. A car is highly recommeneded, however.

Guests can BBQ, eat outdoors, or take a hot outdoor shower. Property has tennis courts, trails, and is minutes walk to the lake.
