Gepflegtes, ganzes Haus in Unterhaching. Knappe 15 Minuten mit der S-Bahn von der Innenstadt entfernt. Das Haus mit circa 110 m² verfügt im EG über ein Schlafzimmer, ein Wohn-Esszimmer, eine Küche, sowie ein Bad mit Badewanne/Dusche. Im ersten Stock befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer sowie ein Bad mit WC und Waschgelegenheit. Im Keller gibt es Waschmaschine und Trockner. Das Grundstück befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und S-Bahn sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar.

Ferienhaus in Steinebach am Wörthsee

Das über hundert Jahre alte Ferienhaus „Sonnenwinkel“ in Steinebach am Wörthsee (Bayern) liegt am Ende einer privaten Stichstraße. Der See mit guten Bademöglichkeiten und die S-Bahn nach München sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar, der nächste Supermarkt ist zirka 1.5 Kilometer entfernt. Das Haus umfasst Wohnzimmer, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit Einzelbett (Zugang hierzu über den Haupt-Schlafraum), sowie die Küche und ein modernes Bad.

Corona free and well disinfected! Enjoy a peaceful stay in our idyllic house with large garden, trampoline, outside sauna & private lake, 20km south of Munich. The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!

We rent out our beautiful house to nice and considerate guests, who should feel at home with us and who appreciate the high-quality equipment just as much as we do. For stays longer than 10 days, please send us a request, we can often do that! The house is near Eching, so you can reach the S-Bahn (direction city centre/airport) in 5 minutes by car, the city centre/airport in 20 minutes and the exhibition centre in approx. 30 minutes.

The spacious 60m² flat is perfect for guests who are looking for a charming accommodation near Munich. From the accommodation you can reach the train station in Oberschleißheim by foot in 10 minutes and the city centre as well as the airport in 20 minutes by S-Bahn. There are also numerous restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity. Another highlight is the nearby Schleißheim Palace, which is just a 5-minute walk away.
