Penthouse Mainzer Innenstadt

Unser Penthouse (ca. 150 qm²) hat einen ganz eigenen Stil. Die Dachterrasse ist besonders im Sommer toll. Absolutes Wohlfühlambiente mitten in der Innenstadt. Gerne organisieren wir einen Weinworkshop. Von Mainz kann man wunderbare Ausflüge in die Weinregionen Rheinhessen, Nahe, Mittelrhein und Rheingau unternehmen. Die Mainzer Fastnacht ist ein Highlight. Vom Balkon kann man den Rosenmontagsumzug sehen. Leider ist im Moment in der Nachbarschaft eine Baustelle. Deshalb manchmal etwas lauter.

My apartment is near Frankfurt Airport (25 min.), 20 to the exhibition center and good connection to the city with its range of art and culture. You will love the apartment because of the cozy and modern atmosphere, location in nature, private seclusion. My accommodation is particularly attractive for business travelers who don't feel like staying in the same hotel over and over again; for couples who want to discover Frankfurt or for single travelers with a sense of style and tranquillity.

Helle, 2019 renovierte und voll möblierte Dachwohnung mit herrlichem Weitblick in einem 3-Familienhaus. Ruhig gelegen ohne Durchgangsverkehr und doch zentral. Die S-Bahn benötigt nach Bad Homburg 5, nach Frankfurt/M. 30, sowie zum Flughafen ca. 50 Min. (mit Umstieg am Hauptbahnhof) und liegt zu Fuß 3 Min. entfernt. Im Haus wohnt der Eigentümer und seine Eltern. Nach Rücksprache können Waschmaschine und Trockner, für einen Unkostenbeitrag, genutzt werden. Kostenloser Stellplatz für 1 PKW.

Apartment on the 2nd floor with 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and a small kitchen - overall 50m2. Including WiFi, Netflix TV and use of a washing machine and a dryer possible. With new AC’s (air conditioning units) in each bedroom, solar powered 🌞 (climate neutral). We live on the 1st floor with our child and dog Chili. Public transportation to Frankfurt by Bus and S-Bahn (to Frankfurt Main Station approx. 50min). Please check the house rules for more details as well.

Du darfst dich in meinem freistehenden Haus mit Garten wie zu Hause fühlen! Unbezahlbar aber trotzdem inkludiert: der traumhafte Blick auf eine Pferdekoppel und über den Rhein hinaus. Von hier aus kannst du herrliche Wanderungen starten. In kurzer Zeit bist du bei Schloß Johannisberg, Rüdesheim mit Drosselgasse, Kloster und Burgenromantik.
