Downtown and Nulu are a very short drive away, many great bars and distilleries are walking distance. Home built in 1879, entirely renovated with a modern kitchen, fully fenced backyard, private parking and fire pit.Master bedroom has a king size bed and it’s own bathroom with jetted tub. The perfect getaway to luxuriate in the center of Louisville! Boasting 11-foot tall ceilings, 75" televisions, and a spacious downstairs floor plan that includes a pool table, living room (with velvet sofas), and an open-air basement rec room with spiral staircase and fur bean bags. We decorated our home to provide as much comfort & entertainment as possible: super-cushy king-size memory-foam beds, vast porch space (with grill), and eclectic art to feed your eyes & mind. This is a great house. Completely remodeled. Everything is new and clean. Plenty of room for family and friends. Large living room and kitchen. It has street parking out front. And alley parking in the rear. Nice yard for pets and setting outside. Only one block from Logan street market. Red top dogs and Atrium brewery also an art gallery within easy walking distance. This home is easy to get too. And is only a few miles from the Yum center and the Expo center.
