Spacious apartment on two floors with two bedrooms, bathroom with shower and bathtub, two separate toilets, fully equipped kitchen, large living room with balcony, two TV, Wi-Fi, stereo with iPod dock, washing machine, dishwasher and parking in front of the house. In the bedrooms features two double beds (1.8 x 2 m) available. The apartment is situated on the edge of the center in a quiet side street. Shops and bus stop are nearby. The Festspielhaus is in 7 minutes to reach the center in 15 minutes. Cleaning and laundry service is weekly and is included in the price. A tax for private stays in the amount of currently EUR 3.20 per day per person is payable. It is a Non smoking apartment, no pets please.

Die Wohnung ( erstes OG ) mit ca.80 qm liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Sie verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer und einem weitern Zimmer mit Etagenbett. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Das gemütliche Wohnzimmer bietet ausreichend Platz zum Entspannen. Im Garten steht ihnen ein Grill zur Verfügung. Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind Vorhanden.

Unsere Einliegerwohnung liegt mitten in Urloffen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und wurde im Jahr 2023 komplett saniert und neu eingerichtet. Der Zugangsweg und die Terrasse wurde 2025 neu gemacht. Bushaltestelle, Bäckerei, Apotheke und Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind fußläufig erreichbar.
