Relax in this comfortable 2-bedroom brick home with spacious wrap around deck to enjoy the small town vibe. The deck is great for gazing at the dark skies or having coffee in the morning and taking in the mountain views. The kitchen is fully equipped, with some local treats. It is just a quick walk to downtown Paonia and a short drive to the mountains or the desert for adventures. Hosts live onsite in a separate apartment downstairs with its own door. Your quarters are separate and private.

Up the ladder sleeping loft is only for the fit and adventurous. Must be comfortable on your knees due to low headroom situation. Lovely park like setting with outside BBQ Grill. Kitchenette is pretty well outfitted. Tiny Cottage has plenty of charm and comforts. Groovy wooden beads across bathroom door so not a ton of privacy.

Paonia Grand Avenue House

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Less than a mile to Highway 133 which will give you access to 10 plus wineries. If you up for hike, it's a quick 40 minute drive to the Black Canyon. Right across the street from the Delicious Orchards/Big Bees shuttle pick up, drop off location. Being on Grand Ave gives you walking access to grocery stores, farmers markets, bars, restaurants, Parks and shopping.
