It represents the good old Portugal. 3 minutes walk to the train station, and a road to lisbon in 35 minutes. The ocean is 3 minutes away. Wonderfull beatch. Praia das Avencas. Stunning sea view beach apartment-Estoril, Lisbon

The apartment has a stunning frontal sea view, from the living room, bedroom and kitchen, it faces south and has lots of light. It is only a 2 min walk to the beach(Poça beach) and 5 min to train station ( 10 mins to Cascais and 30 mins to Lisbon). The location is ideal for water sport lovers (surf/paddle). You can enjoy walking, jogging or cycling along the shore to Cascais using the promenade (paredão). The neighbourhood has lovely cafes, a wonderful grocery shop as well as many restaurants.

The Avencas Beach House is an apartment located on the first line of the sea, opposite the Avencas beach and with a fabulous view over the ocean. It is 20 minutes from Lisbon and 10 minutes from Cascais. It consists of a bedroom with two beds (can be converted into a double bed), a living room with full open concept kitchen with a double sofa bed and a W.C. complete with shower and washing machine and dryer. There are several restaurants, cafés, wine houses, available within walking distance.

Keep in mind the house is located on the 3rd floor, without elevator. It's equipped with Wi-Fi, TV in the living room and bedroom, and a fully equipped kitchen.
