The village has 2 fantastic pubs, a cafe all boasting spectacular views across the River Fal, a very well stocked local shop selling fresh local produce, a passenger ferry from Flushing to Falmouth a great service for tourists wanting to get around without using a car. The village also has a fantastic dog friendly beach, beautiful coastal walks & a kids Park.

Valley View is a cosy two bedroomed former barn set on a working equestrian livery yard on a family farm and owned by a renowned Cornish artist who works from the studio. Horses graze in the fields and chickens free range in the front paddock. The farm enjoys far reaching views towards Mylor and the Roseland. It is set in a secluded location behind the A39 but within a 10 min walk to Falmouth University where there is a bus service to all the main routes and a 20 minute walk into Penryn.

The Engine House

The Engine House is a Grade 2 listed conversion in the stunning development that is Perran Foundry. 10 minutes from Falmouth beach, and 10 minutes from Truro city. Nestled on the banks of the river Kenall, The Perran Foundry is a World heritage site that is over 200years old!. The Engine House as the name suggests was the beating heart of the foundry. The building has been brought back to life and now boasts contemporary spaces set into the fabric of the old foundry buildings.

It is located in central Falmouth close to the town centre, beaches, stations and some of the university campus buildings.
