A quick walk to grab ice cream, and just a bit further to restaurants, bars, and shopping. Best of all, the beach is just a five minute drive away.

Welcome to our private Tiny Villa! It is completely stocked with dishes, cookware, gas grill, beach chairs, towels, wifi, fire pit etc… Tucked away overlooking the pond, it’s a perfect place to relax after a day of activity. An easy 20 minutes to Traverse City where you can go to the beach, shop or enjoy many excellent restaurants. Cute cottage close to the beach and downtown. Steps away from Mears State Park and Old Baldy. Older and modest cottage perfect for a beach visit or a quick getaway away to quaint Pentwater Village. This is not a fancy property. Parking available along with amenities. A cozy space for indoor visiting and outdoor talks. There is a tub/shower combination, electric heat, window a/c (it's a small space), kitchen with stove top, toaster oven and microwave, living area with two bedrooms.

Our charming bungalow is located walking distance from downtown Muskegon and Muskegon Lake. Enjoy the quiet neighborhood setting while being close to all of the action that downtown has to offer. Breweries, restaurants, shopping, and the farmers market all await. If downtown isn’t your scene, the bungalow is a quick drive to Pere Marquette beach on the shores of Lake Michigan. Large, uncrowded stretches of sandy beach are the perfect place for a relaxing day in the sun.

Nestled in a small cove on a large lake, this waterfront cottage has been completely renovated. It has 66' of private shoreline; an elevated front deck plus side patio; and stone bonfire pit & gas BBQ grill. Guests also get FREE & exclusive use of pontoon boat, 2 kayaks and paddle boat, plus private dock (early May through late October, weather permitting). Swan Cottage is very dog-welcoming. The yard is not fenced, however we provide ground stakes & cable ties.

Both Crystal Mountain and Caberfae Peaks are around 25 miles away. Or just snuggle up inside enjoying a puzzle or a good book on the sofa for a restful getaway. In the evenings, enjoy a cup of hot chocolate around our beautiful fire pit while gazing at the stars enjoying nature. We’d love to host you this winter season!
