Vom Eingang aus gelangt man in den offenen Küchen-, Wohn- und Essbereich mit Blick in den oasenhaften Innenhof, der mit hochwertigen Steinarbeiten ansprechend gestaltet ist. Ein kleiner dekorativer Pool (nicht zum Schwimmen) rundet das behagliche Ambiente ab. Mit einem Buch in der Hand und den Füßen im kalten Wasserbecken lässt es sich hier an heißen Sommertagen herrlich entspannen und in aller Ruhe Kraft tanken. Das Bad mit Doppeldusche und Dusch-WC befindet sich im Erdgeschoss des Hauses. Die beiden offenen Schlafräume im Obergeschoss sind ausgestattet mit jeweils einem Queensize-Bett unter der gemütlichen Dachschräge. Jeder Schlafraum hat direkten Zugang zur Sonnenterasse mit Loungemöbeln. Herrliche Nachtruhe, man hört den Wind in den Palmen und entfernt die Brandung. Die Gäste haben Zugang zu allen Bereichen, da sie das gesamte Haus mieten. Für alle Fragen sind wir erreichbar (Mail und Telefon) und haben Leute vor Ort, die das Haus betreuen und behilflich sein können. Im Umkreis von 100 Metern befinden sich Restaurants, Bars, Shops, Verleih von Kajaks und Stand Up Paddling und ein Fischverkauf direkt nach Fang. Salema ist ein charmantes Fischerdorf, vom Strand aus werden Ausflüge mit dem Boot angeboten. Im Hinterland lockt der Gebirgszug Monchique mit heilenden Quellen. Weitere Aktivitäten sind Reiten, Yoga, diverse Wasser- und Freizeitparks, Wassersport wie Segeln, Jetski oder Surfen. Am Cabo de Sao Vincente lassen sich wunderbare Sonnenuntergänge erleben.

House by the Beach – Spectacular sea views & pool

Welcome to our house by the sea with spectacular sea view roof terass and two en-suite bedrooms. The condominium features a large swimming pool for adults as well as a separate pool for children. There are three outdoor seating areas (two with sea views), plus a balcony off the master suite—also with spectacular sea views—making this the perfect place for a truly relaxing vacation. The bathrooms and kitchen are completely new… And it looks fabulous! New windows as well, insulated and safe. AC in Livingroom and both bedrooms. Downstairs you’ll find the living room and a brand-new kitchen (electric stove and oven), as well as a guest WC. There is a small tiled garden with a green hedge, facing the ocean, featuring outdoor seating and a BBQ area. On the other side of the house, there is a north-facing, gated, shaded outdoor area—perfect for hot days. Upstairs are two bedrooms: one sleeps two, and the other sleeps four (queen-size bed plus sofa bed). Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with WC and shower. The washing machine is located on the roof terrace. The house has been renovated and is newly furnished in light, cheerful colors, with unique pieces throughout. We hope you will feel right at home. The kitchen is completely new and fully equipped with everything you might need: dishwasher, toaster, microwave, electric stove and oven, juicer, kettle, mixer, and more.
