All the beaches offer great surf potential in particular conditions and there is great fishing from the rocks or beaches

Stepping Stone is an ideal base for exploring the beauty of North Cornwall. The South-West Coast Path offers walkers plenty of opportunities to explore the surrounding area.

Gardener’s Cottage is a peaceful retreat with its own private walled garden and off road parking, hidden away in the heart of St Agnes, a few minutes walk from the village centre and local shops and within walking distance of the beach. The comfortable accommodation includes a bedroom with a SUPER KING size double bed and en suite bathroom with walk in rain shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area with wood burning stove, wi-fi and TV.

The Lugger is a stunning property completed in 2023. Situated up a private bumpy lane, once through the gates you will be free from the hustle and bustle and a lovely quiet space awaits you with off road parking and a sunny patio. It is located at the bottom of our garden, but has separate pedestrian and vehicular access. Only a 5 minute walk into Wadebridge and Camel Trail, the town boasts some lovely independent shops, restaurants, bars and bike hire.

Bright, airy and contemporary accommodation situated half way between the popular seaside towns of Perranporth and St Agnes on the North Cornish coast only 10 minutes from the A30. A newly refurbished two bedroom annex accommodating 4 guests. Private Hot tub in the garden. Just a 10 minute walk to the Coast path and Trevellas cove. Avoid the Holiday traffic. Sunday change over during the summer holidays.
