This is a simple, comfortable, recently renovated (2019) home for Clemson fans and lake vacationers. Decor is vintage/antique. It is 3 1/2 miles to stadium entrance. We have a deep water cove with fire ring, decks, dock, and stairs to gangway, parking for 6 cars, woods and lake on 3 sides, a variety of restaurants nearby. Clemson Marina is 1 cove away. Clemson golf course is across the lake. We are PET FRIENDLY with a max of 2 dogs. There is a $75 pet fee. Read the house rules concerning pets.

Great for any event in the Clemson area. The beds are 1 queen, 1 full sized each in a separate bedroom. I have sleeper sofa that is full size. The house has pots, pans, silverware, I also provide linens, 2 towels per guest, and more than enough toiletries. Great price!
