Located 1/2 mile from downtown Pickens, 1 mile from Hagood Mill, 20 mins from table rock and 30 mins from Clemson, there's a little bit of everything within reach. Private entrance, gas fireplace, full bathroom, 75” Roku TV, all amenities except stove (air fryer and microwave are available). This is the entire first level of a two story home. We live on the 2nd level and have our own separate entrance. Dogs 25lbs or less unless hypoallergenic. No cats. Fridays check-in will allow 2 day minimum

A perfect place to spread out & enjoy a forest retreat. This is a 1500 sq/ft, a newly furnished terrace level of our home that can accommodate 6+ with a Murphy bed in third bedroom. It has a full kitchen ready to cook a big meal and washer/dryer and pool table SmartTV with Roku that can connect to all your favorite online channels as well as SlingTV for sports or other popular channels, Hi-Definition antennae for local stations. Pets are not allowed as some of our guests have allergies.

Located on a tree lined street in a quiet neighborhood, this is an ideal spot to call home! Close to the Swamp Rabbit Trail, Furman University, Saluda Lake, as well as a short drive to Clemson University, anything and everything you need is close by!

Activities such as fishing, swimming, boating, and kayaking can be enjoyed right from the property. Enjoy the serenity of the lake while taking in the beautiful views of the surrounding nature. The cottage is perfect for a romantic getaway, Clemson football games or a gathering of friends. The fully equipped kitchen allows for easy meal preparation and the outdoor grill is perfect for cookouts. After a day of outdoor activities, relax on the patio and take in the sunset over the lake.

Bedroom has a queen size bed, a large walk-in closet, and electric fireplace stand with TV smart and ensuite bathroom (2 sinks). On site washer and dryer, located one floor down in the basement (see pictures).

Enjoy beautiful lake views on the covered porch or from our dock. A Private Neighborhood Boat ramp is 25 feet from our home. Bring your boat, use our dock, space for multiple trailers. Driveway parking. Dogs Welcome! ($25 pet fee/entire stay)
