We offer a shelter, extra showers, grill, griddle, rustic outdoor showers, fire pit area in wooded lot on the water, kayak rentals, etc. We have houseboats, campers and a tiny house for rent at this beautiful marina. We are a short drive to Vevay and Warsaw, and basically 45 minutes from Cincinnati, Louisville, Aurora, Lawrenceburg and Madison. Visit local wineries.

This retreat offers the scenery of wildlife inside or outdoors. You have the chance to see zebras, bison, camels, and much more! Elk and water buffalo love to take a swim in the pond that Elk Ridge overlooks as well. Enjoy the natural scenery in the evening around a firepit on the waterfront deck. You won’t forget your adorable little “boat house” vaca! THE HOUSE IS FLOATING ON THE WATER & CAN ONLY BE REACHED BY WATER. You must either bring your own boat OR kayak OR rent a pontoon boat. Shore access can be via our SUP/kayaks once at the house. Please note there is no wifi. Lots of room to lay your heads, shower/change, and cook meals. All day water fun outside with kayaks, lily pad, & floats. Located at Powell Valley Marina in LaFolette! QUIET HOURS 10pm-8am
