Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Relax and enjoy a beautiful view of the river off the deck of your boat. We offer a shelter, extra showers, grill, griddle, rustic outdoor showers, fire pit area in wooded lot on the water, kayak rentals, etc. We have houseboats, campers and a tiny house for rent at this beautiful marina. We are a short drive to Vevay and Warsaw, and basically 45 minutes from Cincinnati, Louisville, Aurora, Lawrenceburg and Madison. Visit local wineries.

Elk and water buffalo love to take a swim in the pond that Elk Ridge overlooks as well. Enjoy the natural scenery in the evening around a firepit on the waterfront deck. Near your arrival you will drive through the beautiful community of Rockwater Villages. Go for a walk or ride your bike on the beautiful River Trails… enjoy the relaxing sunrise and sunsets from the front deck….sit back and enjoy the city skyline of downtown Little Rock at night…and be sure to use the binoculars to get a close up look at all the beautiful water fowl.

This floating catamaran offers the ultimate escape, nestled in a secluded rural setting, yet merely 30 minutes from Chattanooga. The vessel accommodates four guests and features a well-appointed kitchen and living room, a bedroom with a queen-size bed adorned with crisp white hotel linens, and a queen-size loft bedroom. The property also boasts a spacious kitchen and living area, a nice shower, and a bathroom .

Norris Lake - Kimbo’s Kabin

You won’t forget your adorable little “boat house” vaca! THE HOUSE IS FLOATING ON THE WATER & CAN ONLY BE REACHED BY WATER. You must either bring your own boat OR kayak OR rent a pontoon boat. Shore access can be via our SUP/kayaks once at the house. Please note there is no wifi. Plenty of room to lay your heads, shower/change, and cook meals. All day water fun outside with kayaks, lily pad, & floats. Located at Powell Valley Marina in LaFolette! QUIET HOURS 10pm-8am

"Jolly"- Houseboat Getaway

"Tiny house on the water"! Jolly is a 42ft Holiday Mansion. Baywater Landing buzzes with watermen & boaters by day & is a peaceful stargazing hotspot by night. She features a master suite & deck areas to enjoy! 35 mins from Ocean City & Assateague Island. 45 mins from Chincoteague Island. Jolly remains docked, but guests have access to kayaks and paddle boards at no additional charge. Baywater Landing is secluded- some even say "boring"- but we think that's the whole point!

This very spacious Catamaran Cruiser feels more like a cottage than a houseboat. It is well-appointed with everything you’ll need for a stress-free getaway.
