It’s a quiet location, on the edge of Plympton St Maurice. 4-min walk to Plympton Ridgeway with pubs, shops and restaurants There are 15 steps down to the Annex so it is not suitable for people with limited mobility or health issues.

Based on our smallholding in the village of Chilsworthy an area of outstanding natural beauty. Lots of lovely walks. There is also our local pub The White Hart. We are just over the river Tamar on the boarder between Devon and Cornwall. Half an hour from Plymouth ideal for shopping and many attractions on Plymouth Hoe, and Plymouth sound. Tavistock is fifteen minutes away a lovely old market town. Cotehele is owned by the national trust and is about ten minutes away beautiful gardens.

A picturesque quaint little 1 bedroom cottage tucked away in a small hamlet, perched alongside a stream, in the middle of beautiful countryside but a stones throw away from the market town of Saltash and Plymouth further afield. It is situated in Wembury, very close to Langdon Court Hotel and within easy walking distance to Wembury Beach, Church and village. It is also just by the popular South West Coast Path. There are a couple of pubs nearby and a petrol service/shop within 10 minutes drive.
