Enjoy walks on our private 25 hectare seaside estate or just lay back on our large terrace enjoying stunning sea views and sunsets. It truly is a paradise for bird and nature lovers. The house is newly renovated (2020) and there is dining and sleeping facilities for up to 12 persons. We are ideally located to visit all west cost highlights of Estonia (Pärnu, Haapsalu- 60km drive) (Muhu and Saaremaa ferry 15km drive).

Uniikki kesänviettopaikka, joka rakennettu saaren perinteitä arvostaen. Tuulimyllyn ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on hyvin varustettu keittiö ja oleskelutila takalla. Toisessa kerroksessa parivuode ja kolmannesta kerroksesta näköala merelle asti. Puulämmitteisen saunamökin tuvassa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta. Pihalla kylpytynnyri ja terassia pitkin pääsee kuivakäymälään. Pihapiirissä kesäkeittiö jossa tilaa ruokailuun ja oleskeluun. Tihusen eestinhevoset laiduntavat ympäröivillä laitumilla.

Beach is within a walking distance ( 500m). Located next to LOTTEMAA Kids Theam Park 500m from the house. Golf Course- 2km Spa-jacuzzi for Sept, October for extra cost . We disconnect outside jacuzzi due to the freezing weather in Oct.

This compact, all-comfort cottage is located on the shores of a small waterfront in Kuiaru, Pärnu county, by the road Pärnu-Rakvere-Sõmeru. Pärnu’s city line is a 15-minute drive away. The house is located on the same property as our family home, but it is still private and conveniently accessible. The nearest grocery stores and petrol station are located in Selja (4 min) and Sindi (9 min).
