You have everything you need for some serious relaxation here. Self contained with a 12v fridge, lighting and usb charge points all powered by solar panel. A gas hot water system and hobs for cooking. Set a long way from any buildings you will have total privacy. Located a 10min walk from the coast and Port Quin harbour

Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Our flat is one of 4 in an Edwardian house. It has a homely, peaceful atmosphere, a large shared garden & sea views. It's a 5 min walk to the beach & 8 mins to shops & restaurants. It has an old fashioned, shabby chic holiday home feel. You'll be getting our home with it's various quirks and our personal belongings in it. We aim to leave it clean and in the best state of repair we can :) We take bookings Fri - Fri for practical reasons. Please message me if you're after different days.

Stepping Stone is a spacious bungalow featuring light-filled rooms and a comfortable, home-like atmosphere. There is off road parking, a private patio and garden. Port Isaac harbour is an approximately 10-15 minute walk down hill and there is a Co-op which is less than a 5 minutes walk away. Stepping Stone is an ideal base for exploring the beauty of North Cornwall. Please see property description for layout. The South-West Coast Path offers walkers plenty of opportunities to explore the area.

A bright & spacious family home with private garden, 250m walk to Polzeath beach. Apr-Oct, min 7 nights, Fri-Fri only. Nov-Mar, min 3 nights. Message for alternatives. The house has a BBQ, smart TV, Ping Pong table, surf boards, books, games and hot outdoor shower. The garden is full of flowers with a south facing deck, perfect for dining outside. 7 or 8 sleep comfortably in 4 rooms. The queen room is small, for one person or 2 cosied up! This delightful home has a large mature south facing garden, great for families, kids and dogs, and is in full sun for most of the day.

Our property has recently been completely refurbished. Enjoy the new kitchen, bathrooms and decor throughout. A sliding door takes you straight from the kitchen/diner to the patio and garden area, where you can admire the stunning countryside and sea views of Port Quin Bay and Mouls Island. The garden borders our family's fields and you have direct access to footpath walks. We are a mile from Port Quin and just a 10 minute drive (or 20-30 min walk) from Port Isaac.
