There are many lovely spots to enjoy; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced garden with barbecue and fire pit for star gazing.

Stunning sunsets at the right time of year with plenty of parking outside. There are abundant mine buildings around this area including the Wheal Coates Mine. It is a great area for walking with beautiful views. Close by are the sandy beaches of Trevaunance Cove and Chapel Porth with rock pools and caves.

Three miles from the A30 so a great base for exploring Cornwall.

Ideal for either two couples or a family with children, as the single beds in the second bedroom can be joined to make a super king bed. Quiet walks direct from the door and various beaches are just a 10 - 15 minute car journey - with the famous surfing beach of Porthtowan just 10 minutes away. The cottage is just a short stroll from our good village pub.

There is easy access to beaches, the quaint fishing village of Porthleven is nearby while Falmouth and St Ives are a short drive away. It is open plan living with a separate wet room and a cobbled courtyard exclusively for your stay.
