They can also enjoy the terrace next to the kitchen to have their meals, have a barbecue or to simply take advantage of the beautiful sun of Porto. We're always available by phone (SMS, iMessage, Whatsapp) and we can easily meet in person, since we live nearby. The check-in hours are flexible. We will be waiting for you at the arranged time and we'll give you the keys to the house and the rooms, as well as some useful information about Porto and the nearby areas. The townhouse is in the historic center of Porto, which is classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The property is within the Bairro das Artes—the Arts Quarter—a quiet neighborhood with local shops, art galleries, supermarkets, and restaurants. Here you can find all the art galleries and vintage clothing stores and you're just a few minutes walking to Rua de Cedofeita, Torre dos Clérigos, Avenida dos Aliados, São Bento Station, Crystal Palace Gardens, Douro River and much, much more... You won't need a car to get to know Porto. However, you can easily find the nearest subway station (10 minutes walking) or take the bus right out the door to your desired destination. If you prefer, you can also rent a bike right here in Breiner street.

Bonfim 241 Family House

Typical Porto house, built in 1935 by my great-grandfather for my grandmother, who wanted to personalize it so much that she had her initials – IG – inscribed on the facade. I have wonderful memories of this house, and this project gave me the opportunity to bring it back to life. The renovation was a meticulous process where we tried to preserve as much of the original features as possible, keeping the memories alive while adding all the comforts of modern times. You can enjoy the beach in less than 5 minutes. In addition to the beach, you can imagine yourself in the neighborhood with the most restaurants per square meter. The area is known for the best seafood restaurants you will find. The hardest part will be choosing the restaurant! If you want to go to downtown Porto, it's about 25 minutes away. It's about a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport.

Casa Senhorinha

Casa Senhorinha was as such established in 2021. The house was originally built in 2010 in cooperation with the famous Porto's born and raised architect “Alvaro Siza Vieira”. Pedro, the first owner, was a Portuguese pro Surfer and a family friend of Siza Vieira’s. He wanted to express his love for the ocean and his hometown in this building. He chose the old fishing district Foz Velha.
