Our house is structured to be lived up to the maximum of its potential. The living room is welcoming and will help you feel at home as soon as you open the door. The view from the sofa is phenomenal, beautiful both in the daytime with natural light, and in the evening when the lights of the village light up and everything looks like a huge starry sky. Really impressive. The Living is equipped with both TV and stereo, we invite you to sit on the balcony sofa to enjoy a song by Cole Porter, sipping some excellent wine. We assure you that it will be a magical moment. In the living area there is also a modern glass dining table, where you can dine and have lunch, when the weather does not allow you to stay on the terrace. (It never happens that it rains at LEUCA, we're not kidding, it's almost a statistic) The kitchen is fully equipped with new and modern utensils. Fridge, oven, dishwasher and microwave are present and left in your equipment. There are also pots, plates, cutlery, glasses, everything is ready to enjoy your sea view dinners. There are two bedrooms: Main bedroom: a really charming bedroom, equipped with spacious wardrobes, wonderful drawers and a beautiful sea view balcony, private, where you can rest after a quiet shower. The room is very special because it is also characterized by the private bathroom in the room, separated from the glass walls, in order to see the sea even in the shower. Secondary room: a spacious and extremely bright room with a comfortable double bed and large fitted wardrobes. The overlooking the inner courtyard of the building makes the room extremely quiet. There is also a second bathroom with a large shower, characterized by marvelous wooden wardrobes. The bathroom is for the whole house. From the living room you can access the terrace through a beautiful teak staircase. Each wooden element of the house has been made to measure and hand-made by skilled and experienced hands of an important local cabinetmaker. The terrace is equipped to be the true undisputed protagonist of the house. A comfortable sofa area will welcome you to make you feel welcome. If you are warm, you can cool off in the jacuzzi or rest on one of the deckchairs provided. There is a large wooden table under the main patio to enjoy dinners under the stalls. The terrace is equipped with a kitchenette with fridge and sink and a barbecue corner for roasting in company. You will notice in the house the presence of very special fat plants, they are a great passion of the owner (The father of Marta), we ask you to take extreme care during your stay :) The house is equipped with air conditioning and heating. The whole house and the terrace are at your disposal. You can also use a carport. We will not always be available for work reasons, unfortunately! We tend to love getting to know you and talking to you, but sometimes it may be difficult to be there in person. However, there will be other people in our family at your disposal during your stay, when we are not there, and we promise that they will behave with such love, as we love to do. They will suggest where to shop, where to eat, the typical products of the place to taste, follow their advice and you will not regret. They will really make you feel like locals!
