Die Fensterfront ist zur Mosel Seite ausgerichtet und gestattet den Blick auf die historische Gassen von Cochem. Die Lage des Hauses ist im Zentrum des Geschehen, im umliegenden Bereich befinden sich zahlreiche Restaurants, Cafés, Weinteken, usw.
