For those who also want to work during their stay, a quiet and comfortable workspace is available – ideal for productive hours in the home office. Enjoy a luxurious vacation with your own private outdoor swimming pool of approximately 31 m², measuring around 8 meters in length and 4 meters in width. The pool features a shallow area of about 80 cm and a maximum depth of approximately 1.60 m, making it suitable for both adults and children. The pool is surrounded by a spacious sun terrace with comfortable sun loungers and an elegant lounge area, perfect for relaxing hours in the open air, convivial evenings or a sundowner with a fantastic view. For entertainment, the villa also features a PlayStation 5 with two controllers and a selection of games. The outdoor area invites you to linger with a lovingly designed barbecue area.
