This place has solar energy only, no running water and a composting toilet outhouse. Wine country, hiking, lakes, gorges, nature rich earth abound!

This tiny house is surrounded by forest and ponds, just out of Naples. You will have private access to a pond and 15 acres of forest. In winter you are minutes away from Bristol mountain ski resort and Hunt hollow ski resort. For cross country skiing there is Cummings nature centre down the road. This property is in a prime area with lakes to kayak or fish on, many hiking trails including Grimes Glen, and the wine routes and arts and crafts the finger lakes are known for. 2 nights minimum

The Creek House Private Home & Scenic Grounds

The Creek House: a fully renovated 1 bdrm, 1 bath home with a full modern kitchen and large new deck situated right next to a year round babbling brook. The creek is 15 feet from the foot of the deck stairs; its sounds lull guests to sleep each night. Frogs, salamanders, crayfish, and all manner of forest life abound. The stream meanders through the mixed park like and wooded parcel ending at a 25’ wide 6’ high waterfall. Antique clawfoot tub. Water may have a sulfur smell (see below).

The Nut House

This apartment is located in a beautiful country setting. There is private parking available for guests. Located on the first floor is the entrance to the hallway. Once inside you will have a private door to enter your private apartment. Outside you can enjoy your private patio in the back, a well kept yard, and very nice gardens. There is no stove, but we do offer amenities for simple cooking and reheating food. We also offer a basic continental breakfast with cereal and coffee.

Finger Lakes 1 Bedroom Private Suite

This private 1 bedroom (queen and twin daybed) in-law style suite in the Bristol Hills has keyless entry, deck, bedroom, living area, bath with both shower and jetted tub and breakfast bar. (The property is connected to the owners living area by locked door for your privacy and nestled on a back road in a rural area of the finger lakes. Views of the woods from all windows. Simply kick back and relax in the cutest lakeside cottage on Honeoye Lake! You can see large mouth bass swimming right by the shoreline. There is plenty of room for the whole family. There is an additional two bedroom upper cottage that can be rented as well for more family and friends. Come see what the finger lakes are all about! I have included a nice fireplace so you can even enjoy the winter months. Enjoy relaxing in a hot tub overlooking the lake.

The peaceful atmosphere of this lovely home has everything you’ll need for a restful stay. Within a few miles of Hemlock, Canadice, Conesus, and Honeoye Lakes, enjoy canoeing, kayaking, fishing in the lakes or hiking, biking on the many nearby trails. Close to the Finger Lakes wine trails, local breweries, and distilleries. You’ll have the entire home to yourself. The bedroom has a queen size bed, and there are two self-inflating twin size air mattresses.

Enjoy our best location and Ideal for a family getaway, just steps from 4 lifts, everything you will need is right there, Pro Shop, Tune Up or rental steps away. Bristol works with reloadable ski tickets/passes wear on left side when you use. You can load online and we have lots, look in drawer under microwave and save $5 each or walk that ticket over to Bristol Mountain and they will help, very friendly and no crowds, love this place.

The Bungalow on Berkeley - NEW w/Game Room

The Bungalow on Berkeley is a top-to-bottom renovated cottage steps from Honeoye Lake. Located at the north end of the lake, guests enjoy access to a private community beach, park, and boat launch. The home features three bedrooms, a comfortable common space, and a STELLAR game room that truly sets it apart (with brand-new flooring just completed).
