Naturhaus Altmühltal

Our nature house consists entirely of natural building materials and uses the synergy effects of radiant heat and solar energy. The untreated wood is constructed according to the system of Bio-Solar-Haus, whereby no paint or other preservatives were processed. The solid wood floors throughout the house are oiled. In addition to natural wood such as stone pine and oak, other natural materials such as natural stone from the region (Jura marble) have been processed. The construction of the Bio-Solar house allows a natural air circulation and thus dispenses with the disadvantages of ventilation systems. There are no convection formed due to a built-ceiling and wall radiant heating.Through the house-in-house system (without vapor barrier), the water vapor can diffuse freely to the outside, causing no condensation and mold. Given the low heating energy demand in the house and the use of solar radiation, no fossil fuels are needed. Solar energy is the main energy source, only in winter can be heated if necessary with the wood stove. Service we are happy to bring you fresh, crispy and wholesome bread rolls from a BIO-bakery from our region.

Fahrradtouren, Wanderungen oder einfach ein gemütlicher Tag im Garten - alles ist direkt „vor der Nase“. Gerne helfe ich dir bei der Auswahl von Wander-, Laufstrecken oder Fahrradtouren. Die Lage ist perfekt geeignet für Ausflüge wie z.B. nach Regensburg, Kloster Weltenburg, zur Befreiungshalle nach Kelheim und Vieles mehr. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ca. 2,5 km entfernt. Wir bieten euch eine voll ausgestattete Küche (Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine). Auch eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Das Haus hat 3 Schlafzimmer. Zwei der Schlafzimmer besitzen je ein Doppelbett, eines davon hat auch eine Schlafcouch. Das dritte hat zwei Einzelbetten. In jedem Zimmer ist auch ein Kleiderschrank vorhanden. Je nachdem in welchem Zimmer Ihr aufwacht, seht Ihr zu den Felsen oder zum Wasser hinaus :)

The quiet cottage is on the edge of the woods near a residential estate. There are many leisure opportunities because the cottage is located between the "Altmühltal" and the "Fränkischen Seenland" so you can do many different trips. Because of the quiet and peaceful location of our cottage we decided not to install WiFi so our guest can take time out.

Diese besondere Unterkunft hat einen ganz eigenen Stil. Wir hatten Lust, aus dem alten, sanierungsbedürftigen Gebäude aus den 50er Jahren etwas Attraktives zu machen. Vor allem der große Garten mit altem Baumbestand und die wunderschöne Lage nahe Regensburg haben uns motiviert, das Haus individuell auf den alten Grundmauern neu zu gestalten.
