Take a step back in time as you enter this authentic 1930's Soda Fountain located in downtown Greenup Village of the Porches situated on the Historic National Road. The Loomis Family immigrated from Greece and operated the Soda Fountain and Confectionary until the 1960's. It has since been transformed into a spacious and comfortable living area with the original Soda Fountain still intact, beautiful tin ceiling, and also includes a large kitchen, a separate shower room & powder room.

The bedroom has a queen size bed and the sofa has a memory foam queen size pull out bed. We’ve added a desk in the dining room and a cute coffee bar in the kitchen. You can enjoy the enclosed front porch while relaxing in the rocking chairs. We have a full size washer and dryer located off of the kitchen .

Park View Place 4 Blocks From the World's Biggest

Park View Place 2 bedroom 1 bathroom 1 level with a small yard, multiple parking spaces in the front of the home with wheel chair access ramp to the front door. 4 blocks of The World's Largest Things just across from the Fairview Park that has 2 fishing ponds with Trout in them, a playground, a horse arena, camping area and ball fields. The neighborhood is very nice. We also offer a new 6 seater Golf Cart available for Rent to our 3 houses on a first come first serve basis.

Private side & back parking. Includes all appliances, 10' ceilings, & 1' thick walls. 6 minutes to interstates 57, 70, Effingham, & dozens of restaurants. 1 block to downtown Teutopolis.

There are two bedrooms with queen sized beds and plenty of storage and room darkening blinds. There is a Washer & Dryer downstairs and a game room for the kids. Couch in living room is able to pull out into bed and there is a futon in the game room downstairs. Backyard is fully fenced. Close to Union Hospital, ISU and many local restaurants and shops.

Soon the boats will be cruising across Mill Creek Lake in search of catch of the day or enjoying some water-sports. While you are in the area make plans to stay at the Mill Creek Farmhouse. Enjoy an outdoor fire pit while having the entire house to yourself. We are conveniently located near I-70 and south side shopping, restaurants, movie theater, etc. Our home is thoughtfully furnished with everything you need and then some. You’ll enjoy a basement complete with an air hockey table, card/ game table and a Pac-Man arcade game. We offer off street parking in the driveway. This is a non smoking unit.
