This apartment is a stand-alone unit, no shared walls or neighbors above or below, and is a private, quiet, comfortable space in the heart of Davenport. The apartment is exclusively yours during your stay, no sharing closet or bathroom space with the host's personal belongings. It's a fully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment that was originally built as a caretaker's cottage. It is located behind my home, above my garage. Guests must be able to climb up 1 1/2 flights of stairs for access.

We are 5 min off I-280 / I-74 near Augustana College, John Deere, Rock Island Arsenal, etc. Cozy apartment with kitchen w/dining, large private bathroom, family room w/dining area, couch/hide-a-bed and futon, large bedroom and a 2nd bedroom/workout room. Free parking in our driveway and high speed internet.

This home has fabulous views of the mighty Mississippi, with plenty of space to allow you to absorb the beautiful atmosphere and relax comfortably. There is plenty of parking space , and it also has its own boat launch and dock . Lots of room for entertainment indoors and out . Walking distance to bars (live music on weekends) restaurants, shops, kwik shop, coffee shop, Lindsey Park playground, water taxi on the river, 70 mile bike trail.
