One of Folly's Best! This 1 bed 1 bath corner condo sits on the third floor of an elevated complex just steps away from the Folly Beach Pier. Sitting less than a block from Center Street, you are sure to be walking distance to all the live music, food, and shopping your heart could desire. On the days that you prefer a trip to the beach, enjoy having your own boardwalk to the sand and outdoor shower for when you return.

This unit comes with 1 designated parking spot and a shared laundry room. The kitchen boasts all stainless-steel appliances and granite counter tops. You will find a king size bed in the bedroom and if you need to accommodate children or guests, the sofa pulls out into a queen size sleeper.
